I gave up taking my car to the one, because of the amount of damage they caused. The other turned out to be as bad.
Have you written to Honda (UK)? They probably won't do much in the short term, expect they will want the dealer to keep them informed of progress. Honda (UK) use customer feedback to rate their dealer network on customer satisfaction. I believe that Southern Counties recently reached the top band, but I doubt they'll be staying there
You mean they've damaged the car and it isn't even a month old?
I'd always be bugged by the fact that I knew the car was damaged, so maybe rejecting it is the better option. Trouble is you've then got another 3+ months for a replacement.

Hey Gadaffi (is that colonel or daffy?)
Yeah please keep me posted on the dent repair and the cost.
Ive had a look inside and I dont know how you would get to the back of it. Do they need to or do they suck it out somehow?!
Good luck with it.
Someone on this post mentioned about a ding near the side impact bars.
Are the side impact bars an impressive lump of steel a la Audi door ones or are they a typical bit of pressed tin like most Jap cars? Just wanted to know thats all!
Cheers

I'm not worried about the dents being fixed if they ARE fixed - but it has to undetectable.
I'd put 700 miles on the car without even a stonechip and then for a dealer to do this
Get my car back tomorrow morning. According to the dealer the paint is fixed and the dents are gone (paintless dent repair). We shall see and I'll report back.......
The service manager had a walk around the car before it went back and agreed the condition, so I'm assuming I haven't exchanged the old dents for some new ones.
