Anyone from the UK tried one of these?

Just wondered what the pro's and con's of something like this would be.

What are your thoughts?

Yeah every little help but without front splitter and mid undertray it won't help much.

To get this work you will need quick airflow from the front to feed the air to the rear diffuser, with the rear diffuser you might be able just to reduce a little bit of drag and pull another 8mph top speed from the car but you won't gain any downforce without the full package.

A uk member posted up some photos of there homemade one, and looking at the photos it wasnt that far off the design of this one. The middle tray linking upto the rear bar wasnt part of his build though. cant recall the thread but it wouldnt be far off DIY diffuser

I was looking at it for 2 reasons really. Firstly, I hoped the reduction in drag may help improve < A TLA has been removed so as to to offend MB> and secondly for purely cosmetic reasons.

The only real downside I can see if the fact you can't use the rear diff as a jack point without removing it first (Which would be a PITA if you can't use diff as a jacking point...)

Shipping is $218 apparently for anything other than a slow boat but the same shipping cost for 2.

Basically, I like it and I'm looking for some tenuous reason to justify it to my dear wife who thinks we need a new kitchen before I buy anything else for my car.

She doesn't need another kitchen Gary, she already has one.
You, on the other hand, don't already have a diffuser..........
