Spoke to sales, said yes to 1.1.03 plus get to keep mine untill delivery unless they get a banger in and at same price. I must say if this all goes okay I will be a bloody happy bunny.
Pete did you actually hit AlexC's car? Any damage?
BTW has anyone fitted an Aus console cover to an 02, I think they are plastic and Im thinking of taking mine off and transferring it to the new one.

We were queuing up waiting to be called down individually to the particular session. I was in the driving seat, engine running, talking to one of the event people outside the car; he walked away, then I felt a bump and for a split second, I thought Alex had reversed into me. Then I realised the handbrake was off and I had rolled into the back of Alex's car I thought the tarmac was flat, but it had a slight downhill run on it
No damage to either car fortunately; it was just a very gentle bumper "kiss"

glad it's going to work out with the new GT
- I have 2 kids, one an 8month old baby, so far no probs in having one family car and the S, my son loves riding in it and then pressing the roof button etc.
anyway - that was exactly the perfect time to make the deal on the car, wife wanting baby - you wanting new car...it takes 2 to tango so to speak.
