Had the car over 5 years now so I've cleaned it once or twice

I managed to get to the station a bit earlier today, and with the aid of this mornings decent weather, have a quick look under the dash. I believe I've figured out where it goes.. just not what it does. Unfortunately I can't teat the mute function as I replaced the stereo when my volume rocker became jammed, and can't be arsed taking everything out to test.

Sorry about the poor quality pics. The connection is the white connector block with the red fuse. It appears to have a fairly thick loom running to it and doesn't appear to be supported very well.

Looking at the tape, it certainly looks like its been put in after, so I'm guessing something to do with the alarm. Any other owners with the same alarm have this to confirm?

pull the red fuse - see what stops working.

ensure you have the alarm reset procedure first though if your unsure though... might need to re-program the blippers, or reset it to stop sounding off... (if it's todo with the alarm)

Surely if the relay is missing then removing the fuse won't throw up any ideas, both are needed to work together?
