Do you use / have you used one, what one and how do you use it?

Did it make any difference?

Do you need this if you are using Optimax (I thought that this fuel already had agents in it to keep the injectors clean?). Probably not if you believe Shell:

Fuel injector cleaners are normally additives you put into the petrol tank to blast away 'coke' build ups from the inlet valves, injectors etc. Normally, it's only really the valves that get clogged as they get V hot. As mikdys says, most petrols have some form of additives in them to tackle this these days anyway (plus the fuel burns more efficiently in the first plac, reducing the build up).
