Default Does the passenger seat sit lower?

I was sitting in the passenger seat for one of those rare times while I gave my mate a shot of my car and i got the impression that the passenger seat sat lower than the drivers seat. Is this the case or just my imagination?

I'm guessing your imagination. Remember passenger footwells don't have pedals so you can stretch/slouch somewhat more giving impression of more space etc.

I've thought that, but put it down to the lack of pedals, which gives you a bit more space.
