Hi NJHB

I can understand how you feel. I ordered my 02 last month, and they have given me August for delivery (silver/red)
I got a good price for mine, so part of my deal is that if the delivery time gets put back I will let them have my car to sell (my idea), but, they are to give me another car until mine arrives.

They have had one customer waiting now for 2 extra months, but because they gave him a price they have honoured it, even though they have lost money on it. If they think they can get more money out of you THEY WILL.

Good Luck

Good idea.
I'd get all prices confirmed in writing.

Seems dealerships are feeling the pinch these days, prabably with so many cars being imported, bought through the Web, etc.

Still no phone call from the MD (No surprise there)!

The contract actually says that where the delay is caused through no fault of the dealer they may reduce the P/E value by 2.5 percent each 30 days - that's

I would study the small print on the contract. They want to increase the price! Is that clause written in the extra small print at the bottom
I'd consider letting them have your car on the agreed date and making alternative transport arrangements until your S2000 arrives, rather than getting into an ever shrinking P/X value.
You could even hire a car for less than the
