Shame it's not local to me, but yeah I think you're probably right. I saw something about these cheap car scams on auto trader. I don't know how they get money off people. Maybe greed makes people do dumb things.

It has definitely had a bump as the airbag is a different colour to the steering wheel. I'd be willing to bet that reg plate and chassis numbers don't match.

 

My guess is he's using previous owners pictures to hide the location, this will be a take your cash and run scam.

Thought i had just got myself a bargain with mine i bought last week.Then saw this as it was just the colours i wanted.Please let it be a scam lol.Anyway hello to the comunity

 

Seems strange that the owner doesnt know when he had the MOT. He quotes it was 2 months ago, but actually it was 2nd August 2016 - fishy

 

The Mileage history on the mot’s looks legitimate and the overall condition looks inline with the mileage.

The only things that stand out to me are the colour match on the bumpers and the appearance of the steering wheel airbag cover. Obviously im hinting that its been bumped.

If anyone is local it would be well worth a look, but don’t agree to any western union deposits
