Engine cover paint flaking :(
The cover's straightforward to remove - it's not much of a job past changing spark plugs. If you're having it repainted, it will need stripping fully and degreasing - the inside should have oil over it. You'd need remove the rubber seals - once to the head, and one round each spark plug tube. Vehicle repairers would be able to do the paintwork, but may want it stripped or blasted first.
Those you'd need to re-use. No idea on the cost of a replacement one from Honda - I would guess not cheap. Rick's charge $171 core charge - and parts prices all seem cheaper in the US. (Rick's Powder Coated Vavle Covers). You may find importing a pre-powder coated one from Rick's isn't far off the cost of a new one from Honda. If you do get a new one, I can think of a few people who'd probably give you

Some food for thought there Brian, the polished chrome head looks really good
I'll probably leave it until it starts getting worse TBH. I may consider getting it done if/when I send the car in to a paintshop to get the stone chips sorted.
