In the past 5 months my engine management light has been on 5 times! I haven

Its under the dash in the passenger footwell - near the transmission tunnel

Went to a garage who used the machine above, the mechanic tried two different connector but it couldnt seem to Initialise?????

was the immobiliser on? If its am obd2 reader then it should work, if you car is a not a jap import.

If it *IS* a JDM import. The car is not OBDII compliant.

But you can get the codes with a paperclip.

Search for posts by me with the word "paperclip" .. probably.
