Speak to TDI North. Worth a try. Other than that it's race engine builders.

 

Heard good things about TGM in Fleet. I was going to use them but ended up buying a new short block.

Honestly, a 2nd hand engine will be cheaper and less hassle. There is a JDM-spec engine for sale in the UK FS section.
