You won't be able to use the 07 ECU on non-DBW, although I'd think about getting the throttle pedal and loom from the 07 and see if I could go the other way and convert to DBW, just in case I wanted to use Flash pro to tune in the future. I'm not sure if there are any gotchas like the CAN Bus modules for ABS, Air Bags controllers, etc but I suspect it might not be as easy as plug and play.

 

...also I think the cam trigger wheels are different too - so you'll need swap those
