Default Enlarging wheel centre bore for S2000

I've found a set of 17x10 BBS LMs that i want but the centre bore is 66.1.

They'll obviously fit the rear but be slightly to small for the fronts, anyone any ideas if they can be enlarged?

Cheers

There is a company near me that has done it before, on quite a few sets of smaller bbs rc's for the vw gang.

It can be done but needs to be done properly, slowly milling out the centre with the right tools seems to be the popular way to do it.

Any good cnc shops by you?

pretty much the same method, but obviously on a much larger scale.

The main issue will be mounting it, most places will have a milling machine it depends if they have the mounting capacity to hold the wheel..

Also, pretty sure none of them will guarantee the work. Having said that, your taking off so little material it shouldnt matter at all and any good machine shop should do it.

Gutted about the wheels, who is the lucky new owner?

I think m1bjr looked into this when he wanted to put OEM rears on the front for non staggered set up.
