What do you guys think of this. I've read loads of threads on this forum about tuning etc just to see what's out there and it was interesting to see what this guys experience is.

I have watched 1m15s of the video.

No.

You WILL NOT GAIN 30 lbs/ft of torque by fitting an intake test pipe and a tune! You just won't.

The OEM cat flows very well too.

IMHO, the exhaust system on the S is heavy and restrictive. By replacing it for a single you'll gain 3-5bhp and lose 18-20kg.

An Exhaust, Intake, PLM (or other J's Copy), and a tuneable ECU will net you about 240-245bhp. The lowering of the VTEC will gain you a good 15bhp in the mid range too. Standard, the car will be putting out about 225-230bhp.

I once fitted a big intake to my 2.2 engine and gained 30bhp...

I think ITBs are a bit more than a "big intake" .
