Default Exhaust differences

Would an aftermarket exhaust for a 2000 year car fit on a 2006 year car or are they completely different. The exhaust in question is a Buddy Club Single exit. Cheers.

There was certainly a difference between 99-03 and 04 - but only a superficial one that related to positioning of the exhaust hangers and was fairly easily resolved.

I know there were more technical tweaks to some aspects of the 06 but can't say for certain whether the exhaust was one of the things that was changed,

mikeyk - front and centre, please!

If anyone will know, Mike will - he flogged an 06 to buy an 05 to supercharge it, so is probably as well-versed as anyone in the different MY changes.

I thought it was something do do with the position of the hangers being in different locations. So the answer would be no, it won't fit a 06+ car. However Mikey K would know for sure.

There was. He had to do some bending if I remember right as the tail pipes touched the rear bumper.

Read the UTH sticky for MY06 changes
The tunnel changes on +06 cars so some 99-03 and 04-05 exhausts have had fitment issues on +06
