Hi All

Does anyone know if i will need to replace the external fuel filter when fitting my walbro 255? car has done 67k, im guessing the walbro will have some sort of internal filter?

It will have a sock type filter on it, it may be worth putting an inline filter, around 40 microns.

Elliot, a word of warning when replacing your fuel pump, don't use the gauze ( I think that's what you call it) that comes with the new pump, use the one off your existing pump as I found the new one prevented the float from working correctly and gave me false readings on the fuel gauge resulting in me running out of fuel
