hey every one for some reason occasionally when i take off in 1st gear the car " kangaroo's" as if i am putting my foot on and off the accelerator although im only putting it on. i rarely drive the car to be honest but when i do this happens. any help will be very helpful..

 

you're not sticking your boot in hard enough...

 

Have a look in the FAQs and search for hesitation. It could be down to a number of things really, so there isn't really a definative answer I can give i'm afraid

 

haha im sure thats not the case. no i have to be good around my town my local police are pulling me over a lot and always asking questions about me and the car as im only 21 they said they dont think i should have it

But Yeh check the faq, I find you have to rev up to 2.5k and let the clutch up slowly to allow the transmission to take up the slack.

 

I had this happen to me a few times, it's quite embarassing in a town centre when you're posing!

Since cleaning the Idle air control valve out with some carb cleaner it's not happened since [touch wood]. There's a lot of help in the FAQ regarding the various prob's, but mine was full of crap.
