Default Fitted ARB's?

Drove the car with the hood up tonight for the first time in ages and heard some clunking coming from the suspension over bumps.

I had ARB's fitted a few weeks ago so got under the car to have a look and found the nuts that hold the rear ARB to the drop link were about to fall off hence the clunking

I remember Chris(CG) telling me a few years ago that the drop links should be re-tightened about a week after disturbing them as they can work loose.

I am suspicious that these were not tightened adequately by the guys that fitted them though. (Not Chris I should add).

200 mile journey tomorrow so glad I found this tonight.

Anti Roll Bar (or Sway Bar in American)

Does this also apply to the front, Ian?

The front was OK so I can only comment on what I found but I think the comment Chris made was a general one about the importance of re-tightening drop links.

Well worth a check Ian, I checked mine a month or so after fitting my Cusco ARB's and they were fine, but I'm pleased I checked them

They should be nylocs really, as otherwise you risk them coming loose with vibration. And you should throw them away once they've been used once.

That's what I have on mine anyway. Not sure what comes from the factory.
