Default Fitting Harnesses?

Hi All
I am thinking of doing some track days but want to fit a 4 point harness in with my standard seats what is the easiest method to do this? I was thinking of removing the grill in the top part of the seat for them ut dont know where I would bolt them down into any ideas?

Not a good idea to use harnesses with standard seats, especially routing them through the head rest loop. You'd want them going either side so they sit properly over your shoulders, but really, a bucket seat would be ideal.

Try a CG lock if you're going to retain the original seat.
