Default FLAT BATTERY

i left the ignition left on overnight and the battery is tottly flat.can i just jump start it or will there be probs with ecu ect.
ps i am a buffooon

jump start it.
but leave the leads on for a minute or so before starting and after, to avoid 'spike'
might have to re-code the radio.
