Fleet Honda...unprofessional Sales Staff

Update...
I've just spent the best part of an hour with Andrew Blank the general manager of Fleet Honda.
Andrew listened to my complaint fully, and made sure that he understood my concerns.
Quite correctly he wasn't able to comment on what has happened (as he still needs to gather facts from the other parties involved) but he has so far apologised to both myself and my sister, and will get back to me with details of what he finds out.
At this time I am confident that Andrew is dealing with my complaint in a professional manner, therfore I wont release other details at this point, as I don't wish the livelyhoods of other members of staff there to be impacted by one individual.

Good luck with your complaint. What is it about?
I have had a 10 yr relationship with Fleet Honda and have to say that they are an unprofessional bunch.
You occasionally get a good salesman like Graeme Farrar but usually the sales staff are too arrogant, the service staff don't listen and from memory the manager was a complete pain in the ass.
I don't use them anymore, will never trust and use them again.
