Hi

I am in the process of importing an S from Japan. My question is does the fog light switch in a UK car illuminate when in use? Or does it trigger a light on the dash?

Reason for asking is that I would prefer to install a Honda fog light switch in my car, but SVA testing states it has to illuminate.

Any replies appreciated

On my 99 model the switch lights up.

 

On the MY03 it illuminates only when you have your lights on.

 

The fog light should only work when you have your lights on anyway so that should be fine!

 

The light switch only illuminates, there is no light on the dash
