Default Folding bikes

I need a folding bike that fits in the boot -
Can anyone confirm a bike that fits?
Confirm what doesnt fit?
Lend me a bike that fits for a week in early June ?

thereafter Halfrauds is next - please save me from this undue despair!

was looking at this a while back, don't think a 26" wheel will go in so looks like a small wheeled Dahon or a Brompton will be the only option.

I wanted to get a 26" wheeled Paratrooper folding bike but that won't go in the boot.

Have you ever ridden a folding bike

Can you not put a proper bike on a boot mounted rack ?

Brompton fits right in. Okay for commuting on road - not so good as an mountain bike / BMX

EDIT: I might be tempted to sell mine, as I no longer use it for commuting.
