I've been looking for this for ages:-

You will only need the 30g tube, it'll last for ages, as you only apply a very thin film and rub it in.

Don't waste you money on mega expensive shin whatsit grease.

Get yourself down your local dive shop and buy a tube of silicone grease for a fiver, it will do the job just as well.

Hmmm I got a tube of shinetsu from HONDA I am sure it was about £8 or £9 that's all.

Hi s2k nut, the one I've ordered is the 100g tube, it's getting as rare as rocking horse efluent, thought I would share it arround with the local guys.

I'm pretty sure that Shin Etsu is the company that manufacture it and that it isn't some kind of mystical wonder grease from Mount Shin Etsu.

Any generic silicone grease/spray will do the job.

ltb is correct; shin etsu is just the manufactures.
i've got some normal silicon spray to lube my rubber up and seems todo the trick!
