Default front and back wishbones

i every one just wondering if I can put or spray some protective coating on my wish bones front and back
I believe they are cast metal and rust easy and start to look ugly corroding when viewing closely out side .
I have just taken the back wheel off the car everything looks brill for a 08 car but rusty looking wishbones
I have no pit and can jack car up but its a pain to try and get underneath at this point to brush paint
I have thinned some hammerite smooth paint and painted one side of the car on the top and bottom wishbone but you get paint running down your arm when trying to lay under carandtc
but watt a pain
you cannot see most of the wishbones from the outside so would like no rust showing through
I do not want to take the wishbones off to powder coat has its all set up ok
thanks john

Yeah you can spray paint them. Give them a good wire brushing to remove any loose debris. You will have to obviously cover up all the areas that you don't want to spray paint. Another product that lots of people on here use in POR-15 (google it). Hope that helps :-)
