Default front brake disk wear.

me car is in for its 7th service. i have only done 38k,but they reckon my front disks are worn and should be replaced.i am still on the original brake pads !!!

is this dealer bollocks or something.

i am hungover and vunerable.

Usually dealer bollocks, although 38k is pretty good going - ask them what the measurements they've taken. 23mm is the minimum.

Whatever you do, do not pay full price for dealer disks. http://brakeparts.co.uk/ is your friend. £85 per pair rather than £274 per pair.

Unless you have suffered some very bad pitting corrosion i'd say its unlikley. If they can quantify it then fair enough, but if this is just a service and not an MOT id be saying no thanks anyway so your decision is clear.

I'm on 46K with the orignal honda disks and have been through 2 sets of OEM pads a set of OES pads and almost a set of Ferodo and i'm only just getting close to changing the disks.

i'm on 30k and about to change the pads for first time but disks look ok to me

i told them to just chuck it through the mot.

which it passed with flying colours.even though i forgot to put the airbox cover back on
