I have a Racetech performance meter which is quite similar in that it uses the same technology as the GTech, but the Racetech has 2 accelerometers so can measure cornering force and accelerative forces simultaneously.

The 0-60 times etc are pretty accurate and just a bit of fun really.

More useful are the various G force readings (cornering, braking) which on mine you can download to computer and are quite useful if you do trackdays etc....

As for BHP, you enter the weight of your car and the drag factor and it infers it from the g forces it generates, not too scientific but at least it's consistent so useful if you're modding the car and saves you from constantly visiting the dyno...

I've got one of these http://www.gtechpro.com/rr.html
I just need to get the S weighed as the weight I entered must have been way off as my 1/4 mile times compared with santapod were very different. On a plus side the shift lights work pukka

I have one too and used to be mounted on my previous car, I had an FTO MIVEC and the g-tech pro upgraded to RR and helped me get better timing on the drag strips. By analyzing the graphs, you can determine the best shifting point, what RPM is best to launch, how long it took to shift, wheel spin etc...
