Getting in with roof down (what else!) feet on the cross beam and Slid your arse down the seat slowly. But make sure you have nothing cuttey or scratchy in you back pockets or studs in Jeans etc.

I used to be able to do the doorless entry technique with the X-1/9s and the MX-5.

I guess either the S2K is too high waisted, or I am too old now!

Opening the door helps

Backside then feet or feet then backside - I can't see it makes much difference...

We have a Caterham too... getting in and out of that with the roof on is like trying to get toothpaste back in the tube/being born respectively... that's why the roof for the Caterham is rarely used...

I'm trying to prevent the side bolster going flat, so I raise my arse off the seat (like doing a dip) put my right leg outside and then pull myself out.

Or if I'm lazy, turn 90 on the seat putting both legs outside and then stand up.

Can't say I've found getting in or out a problem myself.
