I see doctors every day. I've been diagnosed for a need for speed.

I went along to the race wanting 3 things to happen - a good exciting race (important as I was with my son - his 1st race and an 8yr olds attention can be tried by a 1 1/2 hr. F1 procession!!), a good result for Ferrari, and a some points for the boys at BAR. I thought I was being optimistic with 1 and 3!!

So the touch of Tif did it's stuff - there is money to be made out of that I am quite sure!!

I thought JV drove a great race - sensible strategy, none of this diving in and out of the pits every 5mins like the McLaren and Renault boys (it would have been ok if they had the tyres ready!!!!)

One other item of note - Darren Manning (BAR test driver) helped with the on circuit commentary - this guy has a great future ahead of him as a Brundle/Hunt type expert commentator. You read it here 1st

Going back on topic here, but Ive also decided to change my plate, unfortunately I couldnt get anything resembling my name but I did manage to get S200OHJ which are my daughters initials.

Anyway I need some advice on getting the plate made, if I ask them to make the plate S2000HJ what are the chances of a bollocking and fine from the plod.

What have the rest of you done S2000 or S200O?

er... is there a difference in the 0 and the O in the old type face Jason? I've had mine made up as S200O MP and S200O MU in the past and they came back as S2000 from GT Grafix. No worries so far but am expecting some Man U hating TO to pull me sooner or later

I have S200 OPE made up as S2000 PE. Halfords wouldn't do it because of changes in the law (but they did do it for Linzi, another local owner - I guess because she's better looking than me)

I was given an SP30 by a sneaky TO with a laser gun on Easter Monday; he commented on the plate but said that, as it was very memorable, he would take no action on it. He did say that one of his m/c colleagues hated plates like that and if it had been him that had stopped me he would probably have done me for it.
