Default Hardtop

I've discovered a dent in the middle of my hardtop which needs removal.

Tapping the hardtop seems to suggest it's made of metal. Am i right?

Aluminium I believe, I stripped my Hartop down to sound deaden it and it from what I remember it should be quite possible for the likes of dentmaster to get in and work the dent out if its not a crease.

thank goodness for that; thanks chaps!!

Looks like the inner lining will need to be removed from the front edge and peeleed back to get behind the dent. anyone ever had to do this?

Yep I lifted mine back a bit to get the insulation in, some are stuck down in the middle with a bit of bonder others aren't, mine wasn't, but just do it slowly so as not to damage anything, i.e. clips etc.

Im not 100% on what all screws etc. it was the Sunday morning after the major Saturday night before if you know what I mean. . . And Teb was helping me do it, he knew what all needed removing, but if I remember correctly, I think you just pulled back the rubber seal and then just started slowly prying it open, but, don't take that as gospel.
