HardTop's - Which one
Hi All,
As the weather has turned, i have been contemplating purchasing a hard top for the S. My question's are:
Buy a hard top from Honda UK
Buy a hard top from 'Hard Top Guy'
Or maybe Mugen....
Can anyone advise me which one looks better and an approximate costs ?
Thanks all.

Don't forget the fitting kit (the physical kit as well as electrical)
Talk to Chris Type R who's been through it all and got the right kit from Hardtopguy for a fraction of thr UK price.

You don't need a fitting kit to transport the top.
All I did was remove all the relevant trim and then rested the hard top on some towels at the back and clipped it in at the front.
It starts to lift a little over sixty but I drove from Grimbsy to Manchester this way with no problems.

Out of interest, what does the Hard Top fitting kit comprise and how easy is it to fit?
I'll probably end up going down this route when the whether gets worse and once I've sorted out somewhere to keep it when it's not on the car!!

In its most basic form it's just two brackets that fit to the inside of the rear quarters. You just need to remove a bit of trim, then remove some bolts, reshape a small bit of metal with a hammer, then fit the bracket with the bolts you just removed. Et voila!
30 mins tops.
It's a bit more involved if you get the proper kit with all the wiring loom bits.
