Yes from what i have read it is the safest option.

The guy has told me that he is trying to sell the car complete first, and will let me know if he is to part out....

i suppose the plan would be:

Collect all the stuff i need over the summer
Fit it before Mase comes over
Get the boat accross and have the tunning done.

like a wee summer holiday

You don't need the FPR if you get bigger injectors and the fuel pump.
Also dont need the ESM (black box) with the AEM.

Crispy, dont let my giving up put you off. I should have got a run around while I fitted mine and id probably still have it running now! That was the only real reason, I just got pissed off.

I think a few have used the guide which I made while doing mine and fitted theirs quite nicely, and at the time sparked off the SC interest over here so that has given me some pleasure.

There is a full SC kit for sale in the main FS section.

I've already started collecting parts

I just agreed a set of volks in the main for sale section. I have never modifed a car before so this is a wee start.

As Gad pointed out in another thread, my S isn't worth very much anymore, but is worth keeping forever. So that's what i'm going to do. I want to supercharge it and am now custodian of my sisters 206.

DBM, i have read your thread a number of times, the clear message i get from it is be prepared for what is required from the install. I have a mechanic who used to look after my race car (a festia ) and now works for an A1 GP team, so i will get him to read up on what's required and if he is prepared to do the work then i'll make the plunge. Hopefully that will coinside with Mase coming here (well the UK)...

well thats the plan...

Hmm drunk in charge of the internet.

So i made a bit of a snap descision while drunk, didn't even read all the thread until after i bought the wheels. Feel a bit guilty as clearly mikey was lining them up (sorry mikey!). And didn't realise that the offset might not be correct. Can anyone confirm?

I shouldn't really use my computer after a night in the pub. Or least hide my credit cards. Yes...that way I can still look at....ahem!
