Post Buy OEM Catalytic Converter

OK, so i started driving my car after it stood still for ages & the exhaust rattled loads when stationary.
At 1st i thought it was a heat shield but it turns out when i took the cat off, its knackered because when i shake it i can hear metal flying about inside.
I've bought a decat/cel fix & fitted it temporarily because i got quoted £1380 for a new cat at Hendy Ford/Honda Portsmouth.
Anyway, I have an invidia q300 and the car now sounds like crap. Raspy & obnoxious imo.
Anybody no what universal cat to buy for this car or where i can get something at a chap price?
My MOT isn't due for a while so i'm safe for the moment but I'm not putting my foot down!

I bought a second hand oem cat a couple of years ago for MOT purposes. It's lying in the garage if you want it. I can't comment on the age/mileage but it seems ok. PM me if you like.

What size is your q300 as there is a 70mm Berk HFC in the for sales
I think the seller is MB.
Have 63mm Berk HFC on mine and past 4 times, tester just has to get it hot ie 3500-4000 rpm

The previous owner said it is H1 70mm. I am not sure whether to go with 63.5mm or 70mm. thanks
