Just to update, I fitted everything on the weekend and when I first went to attach the HEL line to the hard line the threads didn't even reach each other! Then I realized that the thread part on the hard line can move down so had no problem getting it all connected, plus had plenty of thread with the right amount showing above the HEL lines like the OEM ones were.

Cheers for the advice guys and can't wait for my new pads to bed in to give the car a nice hoon!

The specs definitely not changed for the S2000, have you spoke to Ben or anyone at HEL about this issue, sounds like the wrong fitting will of been used when the lines were put together.
