Default Hello..UK

Just got word that, I'm going to Mildenhall RAF, thanks to the AF,

I have and AP1 in the states,

I love my car so, I will take it, so does anybody have any advice on what i need to do to get in to par with euro specs, such as taillights, foglights etc...

I really don't want to sell it but would it be worth to bring there.

Also, how is the S2k community around the area, any track or autocross place.

thanks for looking.

Hi there, there's a few US forces people around here. PM these chaps: US NFR S2K or evan2 who have their cars here, for details on what you'll need to do.

There are a few circuits near you, Snetterton and Cadwell probably being the nearest http://www.motorsportvision.co.uk/ for more

There's a couple of meets that take place near you too https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=805410 and https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=813240

Welcome!

As lovegroova says, there are a number of USAF guys on this forum who have their cars over here and who can advise from experience.

Best wishes. Don't forget you use the meets.

if staying for less than a year then it's just headlight deflectors and a USA sticker on the back???

does your home state require the use of a front numberplate?
