Default HELP!

My Bilsteins have arrived.

So I think I would like to try and fit them myself, with a little help from my friends.

Anyone done a coilover swap before and willing to help me out? This weekend maybe?

Once done, I'll wizz it up to Chris CofG to have the geo checked and cornerweighted.

Why don't you take them up to Chris and help him fit them and set up your geo at the same time ?

It's a doddle. Even easier than fitting springs.

Get spring compressors and it's about 30 mins a corner.

So long as you take your time, and have the right tools for the job it's easy enough to do.

Cheapskate!

Chris isn't really the kind to just do it for you. He'd much prefer you to get involved and get your hands dirty.....

Just a clamp and a pair of hooks.

Did you get some mounts like what I suggested?

If you did, you don't need spring compressors.

Fair point Dembo. New top mounts means you won't need the spring compressors.
