Could you argue that this technical defect, the fault of the supplying dealer, caused you to exceed the advertised speed limit I wonder?

Can't believe you've been driving around on it all this time and you've not had a crash. Definately a very scary thought.

Let us know what goes on ..

p.s better just check mine :Paranoia:

it's funny I was thinking how big a gap I've got with my rears when I washing her this weekend.....might have a shufty in the arches at the weekend.....

I've put the rock hard ride down to the car....maybe I've got spacers in there?

OK really REALLY not happy the dealer couldnt really have cared less saying its not at all dangerous and wont do any long term damage. Even when I pointed out that the suspension will not be even at the front after 32500 miles and under hard braking could pull to the right, he just smiled at me I asked them to check with Honda UK and when I chased them 5 mins ago they said that Honda said it wont do any damage and not to worry. When I said that I disagree and am uncomfortable with the car now, he just said that Honda said it was ok so I am left with a car that I do not now trust if I push it and diddly squat. I have not had time today to pen a letter to Honda as am steeped in work and am now not sure I will get anywhere with them nw anyway :sigh: :nothappy:

Sounds like a very familiar situation, Jaq....... It's ultimately what made me decide to p/x the 02 for the 04.

I very much doubt whether a letter to Honda UK will actually get you anywhere, but I think you should write and send it anyway.
