and welcome.

Check the meets section https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showforum=129, it has details on how to post/organise a meet. You can also find it at the top of the UK forum page

one question I was going to ask, is it normally to get an oilly/vpowery smell when you hit vtect sometimes?

Seemed to be the first few times I properly boot it each drive it makes a slight oilly smell. No blue smoke or anything out the back. hope somethings not wrong with it

Since taking it for an "Italian Tune" at lunch this seems to of gone away

As I said keep an eye on the oil, are you sure it was oil and not clutch smell? as you are not used it yet you could be smoking the clutch when changing gear.

Welcome Rich

I live in Thatcham, so might be interested in the Hampshire meet you have set up, only 30mins away. I'll let you know on the proper post.

Have fun!

Welcome Rich too!

I live just outside of Reading in Burghfield/Mortimer (at weekends) so would be good to meet up when the weather improves if you are only 15 mins outside Reading!

I am still trying to get to the Hampshire meet, but living in Southampton during the week does make life tricky! Its a bit of a trek from Southampton haha!
