Just another thought. Could the centre of the wheel be slightly buckled where in connects to the car. Sounds like you tried everything else.

Might be an idea to try swapping the wheels over from either side?

Take it to DMS (SW London) or TGM (Fleet) they will be able to spot the issue.

The hub is malleable iron and bends easily.
I have done this damage twice (with help from others).

The hub bends before the toe arms - where the toe arm balljoint bolts to it.
The subframe bends a bit before most things.
wishbones are surprisingly stong as they transfer forces along them into the hub/subframe.

Almost certainly a bent subframe. Circ £1400 new.

That is a surprise. My04+ frame would be different to an earlier model no?

50300-S2A-A02 = MY04+

50300-S2A-A00 = MY99-03

I'm fairly certain that if you spoke to a breaker (GarageR, a trader on here) or one of many that list S2000s for breaking on fleabay, you'll find a suitable replacement

Have done £150. Not too bad. Is a subframe on the s difficult to change?

if the hub or wheel is bent then the whole wheel will wobble when it turns. the geo people should spot that a mile off.

If the hub was bent, it wouldn't mean the wheel would wobble would it? It simply would just make it sit differently no?
