It won't make any difference to the AEM ECU. It won't start using the wideband until the preset pressure, temperature and RPM targets have been reached. It takes a good 30 seconds or so to warm up and give you a decent reading.

ok cool, I didnt know that. So cold startup is closed loop for the initial part?
Trunkz, i would get your exhaust ceramic coated as the wrap will go nasty after a while, it works but just doesn't look very nice after a year or so.

You can change the settings to whatever you want regarding when closed loop and O2 feedback start. I have it set at 50c so if the coolant temperature is below that then the O2 sensor will be ignored and no fueling corrections will be made.

Can i run the three gauges(UEGO, Water, Oil) from the one 12v wire coming from the battery, same with the earth too?

Yes - get a little fuse box so each gauge runs its own fuse.
