I'l get a batch of spare 1319's for the guys that had the 1310's supplied.

If you want the updated manual let me know, and I'll forward it over.

wouldn't bother with the 1319, it will last <month. that's if it does not slip straight away at max tension!

Do you mean changing the belt or on the tensioner?

The new manual states the following tension settings for the 1319 belts :-

Measurement Point Belt Span Designated Tension (N { kgf })
Between Supercharger Unit Pulley and Idler Pulley 200mm 720{73.4}

※Enter the belt span to the tension meter when measuring tension.
※Belt weight:14.5g/(1rib x 1m length)
NOTE
・Measure the belt tension when the belt is cold.
・After installing the belt, adjust the tension. Rotate the crankshaft at least twice and re-adjust the tension to the
indicated spec. This is to eliminate the inconsistency of the belt tension on the pulley.
・Belt tension will settle at about 2-20 hours after installation. After the belt settles, re-measure the tension to make sure
it matches the tension spec. Adjust tension as necessary. Periodically monitor belt tension to make sure it is up to
specifications.
・Make sure the belt is correctly aligned with the grooves on the pulley.
Tightening Torque N・m(kgf・m)
T=44(4.5)

The settings for the Tensioner haven not changed

Just emailed everyone the new manual If you haven't got it please let me know - 7mb PDF.

That might as well be Chinese to me...
If i get a torque wrench and turn the tensioner with a force of 44nm that will be the right tension?

That's the force for doing up the actual tensioner is how I read it - can you get access to a belt tension gauge?

I have in my procession a new updated instruction manual (PDF) now from HKS today which states th 1319 as being the correct belt (revised) at some point I haven't gone through the rest of the manual but can email it out to anyone if interested.

This seems to have happened in the last couple of years during the kit build ups in Japan, I'm awaiting date confirmation. The PDF manual I had been emailing everyone was an old one stating 1310 had been updated and it seems some of the copies in the boxes were not printed with the new one.

I will speak to HKS about what belts have been sent over in the morning. Unfortunately the flutter issue has taken up the majority of our conversations to HKS recently!

Feel happy to call HKS Europe and the guys there will confirm the updates, this communication has come via Japan recently I understand according to Shaz.
wait what??? I was wondering why I couldn't find the install pdf manual online anymore... i'm not sure which belt I got when i ordered the kit from you...
Would you have any idea Si? I mean I can check when i get home later today...

Is HKS supplying people who received the incorrect belt free of charge or are we to buy the correct belt now?
