@S2K4WIN aren't the HKS injectors also £900 which is another reason not to get them!

I got the flange from Harvey and it was a great offering to the S2K community. I did need to get an extra 1mm shaved off so the rubber seal was a perfect fit, but that's in no way to undermine the quality of he product. I used it with the Tial Q Sport (I think) with the SC spring. It was a bit of a bugger to source in the UK back then. Probably got stock now.

Also, a few threads back there was mention of rubbing on the underside of the intake pipe. I've checked mine and there about 10mm clearance so no rubbing issues at all.

It just bolts on using the fiting on the pipe. Plumb and go.

How can I tell if this is starting to become an issue for me? So far haven't experienced the flutter issue

Direct Bolt on. In fact i'm looking to modify the bracket slightly so that it give better clearance to the pulley.

The problem is that you shouldn't experience any flutter with a supercharger. With these kits it seems that one minute they run fine and the next they fail with no prior warning. For piece of mind i wanted a larger BOV on my car and for ease of fitment designed the conversion bracket to allow a Tial 50mm QV BOV to bolt directly on.

I am also in communication with a supplier about stocking the Tial BOV if anyone is interested in both parts together.

Moderators i am happy to setup as a trader as i don't want to break the forum rules.

Pardon my lack of technical knowledge on the engineering of the hks supercharger system or any for that matter, but is it possible the recirculation of the boosted air via the standard system, was accounted for in the design of this kit? As in it is designed to have some recirculation for proper flow of boost/assist of the charger (assuming there isn't blowback)?

No i dont think so as the chargers rotational speed is purely based on engine RPM so if the recirc air pushes against the blades then the engine would in theory hold it back or make the belt slip.

Recirculating the air is in fact bad in some respects because you are pushing needless heat through the intercooler. You only want the intercooler to be cooling air the engine is actually going to use. If i recircs the intercooler has to cool it twice or possibly more
