Default Honda UK - excellent service

After being totally fobbed off by the dealer, I sent a complaint letter about the shockingly poor service that I received from Stuart Graham Honda of Crewe and Honda UK have replied. They read it, digested it and then judged that they were concerned with my experience and have offered me my next service at their cost.

Whatever anyone else has said about them, I've always had good relations with them - my first being when I had an EU MY02 and they couldn't have tried harder to make sure that I had my warranty for an EU car all sorted out.

So to Honda UK, have a big - there was an issue and you sorted it out without any song and dance.

( And as I never get tired of writing this, avoid Stuart Graham Honda )

Good to hear. Simple things, but they keep customers happy...maybe they can start persuading the dealers of this approach...

Wish I could say the same about the seized bushes issue.

They have so far done SFA.

That is the thing.

Also, if Honda wants to become more premium, weeding out the crap dealers is an important 1st step. As it must be to the other dealers that try hard not to screw up.

So it's a positive result all round. Apart from for the Losers.
