Default hood up or down?

obviously hood down when driving, but lets say you pop into the local supermarket for 15mins or so to get some essentials. in the heat of summer, do you leave the hood up or down? (obviously take out anything expensive..)

I'm a reckless sod and leave the roof down with my iPod in the passenger footwell all the time. I also don't brake for bends when I really should.

Don't listen to me.

I stick it up - especially in the heat of summer - black leather gets very hot very quickly.

Nah - You are just pants at driving. Everyone else managed to floor it round the corner.

Shouldn't you be renamed Captain Wurzel or something

I still reckon my wheels were misaligned before it happened. That's what caused it, honest. They were probably misaligned from the last time I did it.

Well the way I remember it... We left the hotel... 90 seconds later, someone decides to run over a scarecrow.
