Apart from mine, how many remain so? I'm talking about the car as a whole, original radio, standard discs/rims/exhaust/intake/red cam-cover etc, no exceptions! be interesting to see the count.

Unless they are very low mileage I think most people when parts wear out will potentially upgrade ie stock suspension components are shockingly expensive and better alternatives can be sourced cheaper.
Then its a rocky road !
Mine was completely standard when I bought it, but felt it lacked noise so have a K&N and the exhaust mod done, Stereo is terrible as standard so that's upgraded. Still currently standard suspension and wheels but that may well change in the future.
It wont though be running on air with ridiculous camber wheels and stretched tyres that imo ruins them !
I don't think many stay 100% is the point Im trying to make

I'd say the count is pretty high, but not so much by those who frequent this forum.

I've done the radio, and undersealing on mine. The old one was a different story of course with the radio, different wheels, suspension, braces and brakes having been messed with. Even then, the modifications were pretty minimal.

One can see all sorts of horrors on various facebook pages and the S2KUK Instagram.

A browse of autotrader will probably a good idea of what's what.

100% stock here too. FHSH currently so only ever had OEM parts fitted whenever they were needed
