You can also purhase engine assemblies from Spoon Sports, J's Racing, ASM, among others. A local guy here in the US just installed a J's Racing engine with AEM EMS. It is presently being broken in and is awaiting dyno tuning.

But even those will be originally one of the above types (2.0 or 2.2) with modifications.

Always wondered how much difference a blueprint engine would make.. my guess is not a huge amount until you finish it of with a pile of other modifications to the ECU to take advantage of pushing the limits (as per J's with the AEM EMS?), intake and exhaust

When I went to Slough I got a stupid twit of a woman, who told me she couldn't understand what the appeal of the S2000 was

Paul has left that dealership now, he sold me my CTR a few years back and was an excellent salesman and very knowledgeable.

The servicing and tech department are still very good there though.

Is it me, or is this thread a string of non-sequiturs?

Nick, i think more a fallacy resulting from a simple conversion of a universal affirmative proposition or from the transposition of a condition and its consequent.

Has anyone else seen a 10,000 rpm limit S2000 engine?

Or was I just dreaming?
