that is a cracking deal. No-one's buying at the moment Mike, this is the second one I've seen go for silly money on here.
Do you have to sell now, would you not be better off waiting until spring?
I'd be tempted but for a few things:
1. Colour
2. I'd have the same problem selling mine to buy yours
3. My front suspension arm needs sorting before I can sell (MOT failure for next buyer) unless I was to punt it to a dealer - but then I'm in the same boat as you.
4. Not sure of my job security over the coming year.

If this helps - I've just sold my 54 plate S2000 it was:
Silverstone
GT (inc hardtop stand)
Mugen front and rear spolier (which can increase or decrease price depending on the buyer)
Warranty till 15th Feb 2009
It'd done 27k miles
Went for

The low mileage to some degree doesnt make it worth more than one with average ish miles and I would have thought that was a major factor when choosing your price. The reality is people will take the lower miled one faced with all other variables the same, but just dont want to pay the difference.
Personally I think it is a very attractive deal (although sadly the colour isnt one of my preferred ones) but as Neil suggests if you can hold on til spring it should fly off the shelf.
For reference I paid

Just to add to the mix I paid 18500 for it from a dealer in Jan.
Wrong time of year, I was going to wait till next yeaer to sell mine but at 16750 it was the right price to complete the deal this side of Xmas

I've mentioned on the ATR forum about your car Mike and said that anyone interested in a bargain 04 with 4 k miles should have a look on S2ki.
There are sometimes guys talking about moving to S2000s on there.

Cheers for the info. How did you sell your car? Here? Pistonheads? Autotrader? How long did it take to sell?
Cheers,
Mike

BTW, am I allowed to advertise the car on pistonheads but with just a link to this site so as to save regurgitating/duplicating all the info again?? I'm guessing not, but might as well ask anyway!
