There's a smashed up S2000 for sale on www.bookatrack.com they may split out the drivers seat?

If the leather is damaged, you may be able to buy just the cover through Honda. The Honda shop manual contains detailed instructions for covering the seats, as Ianl was delighted to find . You could also try a car restoration / retrimming specialist. It may be possible to sew in a replacement panel.
