Default I'm sure this is the right thing to do...

When I bought my MCB GT 2002, I was over the moon, but I was disappointed that there seemed to be a lack of 'previous owner love'!

Stone chips a plenty, rust spots, and it looks like every time it was cleaned, he must have used a mixture of soap, water and gravel.

So, whilst flicking through Autotrader, (I know you shouldn't really so soon after a purchase, 3 months), I saw a silver 51 plate with under 20K from my dealer, with '04 splitter/spoiler/lights/badges/17"alloys and in PERFECT condition!

It's like the previous owner never drove it!! It's a beauty!

If the prev owner is out there and recognises the description (Grantham Honda) Please let me know if I am doing the right thing........

....I've gone and swapped mine for it!!! Gotta wait for the transfer etc now, so 2 weeks to go!!

Swaping a 'boring blue' car for any other colour is always a good move

I'd rather not.

Comments like these aren't doing the image of the light blue community any good.

When I was looking for mine, a greasy, unhelpful old salesman refused me a test drive of an '03 in Ladyboy Blue (Just stoking the fire... ) saying: "I'm afraid we get a lot of test drive youngsters coming here to drive these cars sir, unless you put down a deposit I can't let you have one."

This while my family was standing off to one side, and I'm hardly a baseball cap wearing youth. HIs customer service was frankly rubbish
