Immobilizer Failed?

Immobilizer Failed?
Hi any advice?
Green key symbol continues to flash and car won't strart.
Tried both keys (only got two black ones) but same result.
It did this a few years ago, but eventually seemed to recognise the key.
Nothing on the keyring but the key and fob.
All advice welcome.
Cheers

Yes turning engine over (and over etc..)
I don't think there is any petrol getting through though, as no smell of it.
The handbook suggests that the immobilizer will stop petrol getting through if it doesn't detect the correct key (indicated by a flashing green key light symbol). However I may be putting 2 and 2 together and getting the answer I want here.
Cheers

This happened to me I posted about it here
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...pic=525654&hl=
Mine had done the same a couple of times but always eventually started again sometimes after a day or so then it just went completely and wouldn't go again and had to be taken on a flat bed to the dealer.
Mine was under Honda care warranty and the final bill was circa 300 sheets and the car was at the dealer for nearly 3 weeks iirc. I managed to get half the money back in the end.
It was a fried circuit board, and was never going to go.

Thanks,
Flatbed on way.
As a last resort gave the steering column cover a sharp blow with open hand (so as not to damage), and you guessed it started up no bother.
Typical hey.
Might be worth getting it looked at though judging by your problem.
